Norman Tan
Editor-in-Chief, Vogue Singapore, Singapore
Norman Tan is an award-winning editor with 10 years of experience in luxury print and digital publishing. With a passion for storytelling that bridges fashion and technology, Tan continues to push boundaries as the current Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Singapore. He previously held the same role at Esquire Singapore for over two years. Prior to that, he successfully launched Buro. Singapore in 2015 and is widely regarded as the most digitally astute editor in the region.
Trevor McFedries
Founder, Brud, USA
Trevor's technology startup Brud is a next-gen entertainment and technology company that leverages cultural insights, creative minds and boundary-pushing technologies to develop fully-realized virtual characters who tell stories, champion ideas, and connect with their audiences as they entertain and inspire. He is the creator of virtual pop star Miquela, a Gen Z icon with over 3 million fans on Instagram. The popularity of Miquela has helped Brud raise impressive funds from venture firms. While Miquela has graced the covers of WIRED, V Magazine and Highsnobiety, and modelled for Prada, Calvin Klein and Burberry, Trevor McFedries has been featured in the BoF's most influential people in fashion list.
Julie Pelipas
Stylist, founder Bettter, Ukraine
Former fashion director of Ukrainian Vogue, Julie Pelipas, also styled the covers and various shoots for Vogue Paris, Vogue Poland and InStyle US. She has also consulted fashion brands such as Bevza, Do Do Bar Or, Pangaia and Ochi. In 2019, Julie became the ambassador of the No More Plastic Foundation. In 2020, Pelipas launched her own clothing brand bettter with the recycling philosophy in mind. Julie strives to build a sustainable ecosystem for her brand, thus raw materials for bettter are collected all over Ukraine, from Kyiv to Ivano-Frankivsk.
Massimiliano Giornetti
Director, Polimoda, Italy
After graduating in Fashion Design at Polimoda in collaboration with the London College of Fashion, Massimiliano Giornetti began his career in Haute Couture in Rome alongside designer and Polimoda alumnus Anton Giulio Grande. Starting in the Men's division of Salvatore Ferragamo in July 2000 and taking over creative direction four years later, he become the first Creative Director of Ferragamo holding the role for sixteen years. In 2017, he collaborated in the relaunch of the iconic Chinese luxury brand Shanghai Tang, gaining GQ's Men of the Year award. He became Polimoda's Head of Fashion Design Department in 2019 and was named Director of the school in February 2021.

3D artist, France
Ines alpha likes to create enchanted and fantastic versions of reality. She started experiencing with 3D while working as an art director in advertising, specialised in beauty and luxury. Her main body of work consists in the "3D makeup" series, where she pushes further the boundaries of makeup and beauty using 3D softwares and augmented reality for brands like Dior Makeup, Selfridges and Burberry. She tries to fantasise what complete aesthetic freedom of one's appearance would look like. Her goal is to encourage a fun and creative approach to make up and self expression.
Yuliya Kusher
Commercial director, Alkor-D, Ukraine
A certified gemologist and diamond appraiser, Yulia Kusher created Ukraine's first conscious jewelry brand SOLO for diamonds. She is in charge of the commercial department of Alkor-D, the largest innovative diamond growing enterprise in Europe. An insider in the diamond industry, and an expert on the international rough diamond market for top jewelry brands.

Tania Shcheglova and Roman Noven are the world famous Ukrainian photographer duo Synchrodogs. The portfolio of photographers from Ivano-Frankivsk includes shooting for Vogue, Esquire, New York Magazine, and DAZED, collaborations with Burberry, Kenzo, and Marni, advertising campaigns for Shiseido and Swarovski, collaborations with Ukrainian designers Anna October and Ksenia Schneider, solo exhibitions from Kyiv to New York and the loudest project – a Louis Vuitton photo album from the Fashion Eye series dedicated to Ukraine. For Vogue UA Conference, the artists prepared a digital art project in cooperation with the Ukrainian studio deep3dstudio specialising in 3D scanning of humans with the support of render firm Xirium.
Thomas Cesa
International marketing, L'Oréal Luxe, France
With a background in management consulting, Thomas has developed his passion for the business of luxury and beauty with a multicultural point of view through experiences in Spain, Italy, France and Brazil. Thomas has acquired a 360° know-how in the management of luxury beauty brands through roles at Armani Beauty, Lancôme, Ralph Lauren and Mugler in functions ranging from marketing to digital media, as well as sales and training. Nowadays, Thomas is based in Paris and is responsible for marketing development of masculine fragrances for the Dutch fashion house of Viktor & Rolf.
Sofia Tchkonia
Founder, Georgian Fashion Foundation, Georgia
Thanks to her efforts, Georgian designers become known and talked about worldwide. Not only she has organized Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Tbilisi, facilitating the visits of the most influential buyers and representatives of the fashion press, but also founded Be Next competition for young designers, which opened Georgian brands to the world. Tchkonia is the author of "Icons and Muses" series of documentaries about fashion starring Pierre Berger and Rick Owens.
Dmytro Shvets
CEO, co-founder, Reface, Ukraine
Tech company Reface, co-founded by Dmytro Shvets, is one of the most famous Ukrainian apps in the world that allows users to put their own selfies in celebrity videos. In 2020, Reface became the number one app in the US App Store, ahead of TikTok and Instagram. Among its fans there are Elon Musk, Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus.
MONATIK
Musician, producer, Ukraine
The founder of the MONATIK Corporation label Dmytro Monatik knows how to surprise the audience. In 2019, Dmytro and his ballet entered the Olympic Stadium on the metro train, where 70 thousand spectators gathered in anticipation of the concert; and eminent VFX artists from all over the world have been helping the artist to create clips for a long time. For Vogue UA Conference the artist is preparing a live performance and a presentation of the clip "S.O.V.A?", created together with video artist Ells Wake.
Dominique Piotet
CEO UNIT.City, Ukraine
UNIT.City is the first innovative park in Ukraine, which opened three years ago on the territory of a motorcycle factory in Kyiv. Today, there are more than 100 technology companies and startups among the residents of the park. Dominique Piotte, a digital transformation expert with 20 years of experience, including in Fortune Global 500 companies, and a former digital strategy consultant in Silicon Valley, is responsible for its development.
Tiffany Hsu
Fashion Buying Director, Mytheresa, Germany
Tiffany Hsu was born in Taiwan and graduated from the Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design of London with a fashion design degree. Afterwards she gained a Master degree at Istituto Marangoni. Tiffany previously worked as a buyer at Lane Crawford and Selfridges before joining mytheresa.com as buying manager for Ready-to-Wear. In October 2017 she was appointed to be Fashion Buying Director. For the bold wardrobe choices and her eclectic style she has become a favorite among the world's best streetstyle photographers and a two hundred thousand Instagram audience.
Yevhen Mamay
CEO, TSUM Kyiv, Ukraine
For the last 10 years, Yevhen has managed the iconic fashion retail companies in Ukraine, and since 2018 has been changing the strategy of TSUM Kyiv, which now develops 4 business models: own import, offline and online marketplace, e-commerce and classic rent. According to Yevhen, nowadays it is important to maintain a balance between experiential retail and new technologies, because modern consumption is all about emotions.
Daniel Lismore
Artist, UK
A celebrity stylist and an activist, Daniel is known for living his life as art, and for elaborate and extravagantly beautiful ensembles. He has been named by Vogue as England's most eccentric dresser, collaborated with leading creators such as David LaChapelle, and had numerous exhibitions including at the Venice Biennale, Reykjavik Arts Festival and Tate Museum. Daniel has became the face of numerous Bulgari campaigns, walked the catwalk for Vivienne Westwood and opened Naomi Campbell's Fashion for Relief runway show at the British Museum. In 2019 he spoke at TED Conference in Vancouver, and continues to be an active campaigner for the climate change charity Cool Earth.

Virtual influencer
The first virtual influencer in Ukraine, created by the FFFACE.ME studio. The main area of her interests involves lifestyle and fashion technologies. While nowadays Astra is simply wearing famous brands, this fall she is expected to create her very own digital collection.
Dmytro Kornilov
CEO and co-founder, FFFACE.ME, Ukraine
Expert in the development of innovative digital products with augmented reality technologies. Dmytro's company has successfully created over 400 Instagram / TikTok / Snapchat filters for Ukrainian businesses. In 2021, FFFACE.ME studio became the official and exclusive partner of TikTok in Ukraine, and launched the first digital influencer Astra Starr.
